Role: Video Producer & Project Manager

Scope

End-to-end video production for a product launch campaign — a new vape flavor unveiling for Fernway, a consumer brand with a defined visual identity and high expectations for on-brand output. Managed the full production lifecycle from concept alignment through final delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Led pre-production: concept development, storyboarding, production scheduling, location and talent coordination

  • Managed client relationship throughout — facilitated creative alignment sessions to lock direction before production began

  • Directed on-set production: managed the crew, oversaw camera setup, lighting design, and shot execution

  • Supervised post-production: color grading, sound design, and narrative editing using Adobe Creative Suite

  • Coordinated client feedback rounds and managed revisions to final sign-off

  • Delivered completed campaign assets on schedule

Challenges

Brand campaigns with a strong visual identity require constant alignment between the production team's creative instincts and what the client actually needs for their audience. Fernway had a clear brand voice — the risk was producing content that looked great but didn't land for their specific consumer. Managing that tension required tight pre-production alignment and disciplined feedback loops throughout, not just at delivery.

Outcome

Delivered on time, on budget, on brand. The launch content generated positive audience response and drove visibility around the product release. Client approved final cut with minimal revision rounds — a direct result of the upfront alignment work.
