Scope
End-to-end video production for a product launch campaign — a new vape flavor unveiling for Fernway, a consumer brand with a defined visual identity and high expectations for on-brand output. Managed the full production lifecycle from concept alignment through final delivery.
Responsibilities
Led pre-production: concept development, storyboarding, production scheduling, location and talent coordination
Managed client relationship throughout — facilitated creative alignment sessions to lock direction before production began
Directed on-set production: managed the crew, oversaw camera setup, lighting design, and shot execution
Supervised post-production: color grading, sound design, and narrative editing using Adobe Creative Suite
Coordinated client feedback rounds and managed revisions to final sign-off
Delivered completed campaign assets on schedule
Challenges
Brand campaigns with a strong visual identity require constant alignment between the production team's creative instincts and what the client actually needs for their audience. Fernway had a clear brand voice — the risk was producing content that looked great but didn't land for their specific consumer. Managing that tension required tight pre-production alignment and disciplined feedback loops throughout, not just at delivery.
