What I Bring to a Team →
-
I take a brief from concept to delivery. Timelines, dependencies, bottlenecks — I track all of it and escalate before problems become delays.
-
Creatives, editors, photographers, clients, vendors. I've managed all of them simultaneously and know how to keep everyone moving in the same direction.
-
Clear, consistent, and strategic. I manage client expectations proactively — no surprises at delivery, no ambiguity about what was approved.
-
Video, photo, post — I've worked every seat at the table. That means I can spot production risks before they happen and communicate across departments without translation.
-
Shoot days go sideways. Clients change scope. Timelines compress. I make fast, informed calls and keep the project moving.
-
Fluent in English and Spanish. Useful in markets where language is a coordination barrier — and in building trust with talent and crew from diverse backgrounds.
WHO AM I?

WHO AM I? *
I’m Christian Valle, a bilingual creative producer and project manager based in Massachusetts, built for fast moving environments where execution matters.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked across video, photo, and brand content as a producer, studio director, and project lead. I do not just manage projects, I understand every part of how they come together. From creative to production to client communication, I know what each piece requires and how to keep it aligned.
My background is hands on. I started as a freelance creative, grew into running a full studio operation, and have led productions for government agencies, consumer brands, and independent artists and creatives. I know what it takes to take a project from idea to delivery without it breaking down in the middle.
I work across teams at the same time. I build timelines and keep them moving. I catch problems early. I keep clients informed without slowing things down. When things shift, I make decisions and keep the work pushing forward.
I did not take a traditional path. No degree, just years of real work, real pressure, and real responsibility.
When I’m not behind the camera or in the editing suite, I’m probably spending time with my 10-year-old daughter, cheering on the Yankees, Knicks, or Giants (yes, even in Boston!), or attending live music events.
